Capacity Building for 500 Micro, Small and Medium size Enterprises
Designed and implemented a wide scale training and development program for 500 beneficiaries working in agro-food industry and in food processing in Lebanon. The main goal of this training was to enhance the capacity of MSMEs/agri-food cooperatives and individuals working in the value chain of fruits, vegetables, nuts and pulses. In addition to the training design and delivery, HR Works was commissioned with the assessment and reporting on the impact of training on the bottom line performance of beneficiaries including increase in sales, brand face lift, increase in exports, and boost of institutional practice.
