Leadership Development And Executive Coaching

Designed and implemented a comprehensive Leadership Development Program and Executive Coaching Program for the senior leadership team of a Healthcare public sector entity in KSA. The main goal of the project was to facilitate the implementation of the new model of care as part of Vision 2030. HR Works mission was to assess, develop, and deliver a comprehensive Leadership Program with focus on change and integration of the new model of care into the mindset of senior leaders of the healthcare entity. In addition, the mission was to provide executive one to one coaching to the Chiefs of the organization to complement the change integration efforts.
