HEALTHCARE PUBLIC SECTOR ENTITY - KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA (KSA)
Organizational And People Enablers
Developed the Functional Statements for the new organization structure, and identified the unique positions and jobs matrix for the new operating model. Drafted the Job Descriptions for 85 unique jobs and developed the manpower plan down to position level for the whole organization.
HEALTHCARE PUBLIC SECTOR ENTITY – KSA
Leadership Development And Executive Coaching
Designed and implemented a comprehensive Leadership Development Program and Executive Coaching Program for the senior leadership team of a Healthcare public sector entity in KSA. The main goal of the project was to facilitate the implementation of the new model of care as part of Vision 2030. HR Works mission was to assess, develop, and deliver a comprehensive Leadership Program with focus on change and integration of the new model of care into the mindset of senior leaders of the healthcare entity. In addition, the mission was to provide executive one to one coaching to the Chiefs of the organization to complement the change integration efforts.
Telecom Towers Company – KSA
HR Strategy Implementation
Set up the HR Strategy and Structure for a telecom towers company in KSA. Leading the PMO for the implementation of the HR strategy and advising the CHRO and heads of the HR sections (Recruitment, Talent Management, and Engagement). Overseeing the implementation of an Interim Recruitment Process and streamline the functions’ staffing needs. Further, the engagement encompassed reviewing the HR policies and processes, reviewing the Employees’ Manual, as well as putting in place an interim performance management process and training the HR team for conducting it.
National Library and Archives Entity - UAE
HR Activation and Operationalization Planning
Developed the HR Activation Strategy for cultural industry to ensure smooth operationalization of the culture entity over 5 years. Further, drafted 120 job descriptions including competencies and related competency levels. In addition, HR Works developed a 3-years top-down manpower plan based on adopted strategic objectives and projected workload that will be generated in light of the restructuring initiative.
Para-public Tech and Digital Stat-p – KSA
Executive Remuneration and Total Reward Strategy
Conducted an international benchmark for total reward and executive remuneration strategies in Tech and Digital industries and developed a comprehensive Compensation and Benefits framework focusing on global talent attraction and Long Term Incentives (LTIs). The work comprised of defining the benefits guidelines, developing various options for benefits’ structure, and devising benefits offering, policies, and governance structure.
Para-public Education Entity - KSA
Operating Model and Governance Structure for EC-12 Education
Led a project for designing and developing the Operating Model and Governance framework for an Education Sector, in addition to developing Level 2 Organization Structure and functional descriptions for EC-12 Sub-sector, School Operations Company, and Assets Ownership Company. Further, advised the CEO on human capital strategies for launching the entity within the set timeline and budget.
United Nations Agency - Lebanon
Capacity Building for 500 Micro, Small and Medium size Enterprises
Designed and implemented a wide scale training and development program for 500 beneficiaries working in agro-food industry and in food processing in Lebanon. The main goal of this training was to enhance the capacity of MSMEs/agri-food cooperatives and individuals working in the value chain of fruits, vegetables, nuts and pulses. In addition to the training design and delivery, HR Works was commissioned with the assessment and reporting on the impact of training on the bottom line performance of beneficiaries including increase in sales, brand face lift, increase in exports, and boost of institutional practice.

Organization Structure and Governance
Develop the organization structures of a Foundation based on a benchmark and field input, in addition to developing the governance structure of the Foundation, committee charters, roles and responsibilities and Job descriptions. Further, develop the key policies and procedures that enable the launching of the Foundation as per the set operational plan.
