HR Strategy Implementation

Set up the HR Strategy and Structure for a telecom towers company in KSA. Leading the PMO for the implementation of the HR strategy and advising the CHRO and heads of the HR sections (Recruitment, Talent Management, and Engagement). Overseeing the implementation of an Interim Recruitment Process and streamline the functions’ staffing needs. Further, the engagement encompassed reviewing the HR policies and processes, reviewing the Employees’ Manual, as well as putting in place an interim performance management process and training the HR team for conducting it.
