HR Activation and Operationalization Planning

Developed the HR Activation Strategy for cultural industry to ensure smooth operationalization of the culture entity over 5 years. Further, drafted 120 job descriptions including competencies and related competency levels. In addition, HR Works developed a 3-years top-down manpower plan based on adopted strategic objectives and projected workload that will be generated in light of the restructuring initiative.
